About
Autofiction dance film exploring ideas of identity and territory from the perspective of a radicalized urban andean-descendant born in Lima: Patricia. The film goes along with Maria, her grandmother, a singer and dancer known as "campesinita ancashina" (peasant from Ancash), whose testimony guides a creative search from Patricia. This leads her to libraries and extinct places to reconstruct contexts and to understand what her grandfathers lived, as well as to define her own journey.

In Dance Permit, we ask if someone who feels alienated from their own traditions, can try to get involved once again. ¿Can a woman be part of a men-only dance? ¿What does cultural appropriation mean for Claudix's family, whom emigrated far from their town?

About
Reconstruction of events surrounding the biggest sociopolitical protest that Peru had in its entire history as a nation, following the legislative coup that made Manuel Merino the president of Peru in november 2020. Making use of only registered media by the citizens at home and at streets, we portray circumstances, responses, consequences and a little beam of collective memory to –hopefully– never forget.

Ephemeral is an audiovisual exploration inspired by the work of Jorge Corpuna, visual artist from Cuzco, Peru. As a short documentary –but shaped in experimental form– we get an insight not only from Corpuna’s watercolor pieces, but also his influence and homeland, inviting us into his thoughts, emotions and feelings.
